An exciting opportunity exists for an ILS Engineer to provide expertise in the design and implementation of ILS design matters. To provide technical advice and assistance in support services, participating in the development of processes and any issue associated with the Support Solution design and implementation
Generating required outputs to enable Availability Managers to ensure correct disposition of stock.
Generating monthly metrics to demonstrate sufficient controls are in place to ensure programmes are running to budget
Identification of opportunities to reduce cost, improve performance or mitigate risk
Design and implementation of support solutions in support of S3 Bids and Proposals
Liaison with suppliers, partners and customers to ensure S3 strategic direction is maintained

Ideal candidates for this role will be degree educated or equivalent with knowledge of in-service logistics modelling tools such as OPU and Simlox. Knowledge of the RAF supply support processes and procedures is highly desirable.
