A Technical Facilities Manager is required to provide operational support to the site(s) operations team and Group FM function in ensuring the FM contract is continually delivering added value.

Key responsibility areas:
Provide operational support to Site ops team
Interact at an operational level on FM delivery in line with TFM contract specification
Act as 1st tier arbitration in case of Ops/Contractor dispute
Provide operational management of TFM contract
Act as management interface between group FM and TFM delivery
On-site (Rotational) support.
Support to SHE managers on site FM compliances.
Input to contract review process.
Monitor and report on Site budgets ensuring that they remain on target.
Manage and co-ordinate projects on request from Customer.

Ideal candidates for this role will be degree educated or equivalent. It is highly desirable that candidates hold MBIFM, HVAC certifications; any REACH regulations and PPM would be desirable and the role may suit someone from an Engineering background.
